This natural element has a large variety of uses in essential domains and diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, flame-retardants, furniture foam, film photography, construction, cosmetics, food production and processing are amongst the wide range of applications and markets. Located in the southeast area of the Dead Sea, Jordan. Jordan Bromine employs over 370 people and is the first Jordanian company to become IMDG, ADR & IATA certified and an authorized exporter globally.

Achievements

Acquired ISO 9001 certification in 2003.

Became Jordan’s first company to be IMDG, ADR & IATA Certified for transportation safety in 2005.

Acquired ISO 14001 certification in 2007

Acquired OHSAS18001,2017 then transition to ISO45001,2020

Acquired ISO 27001 certification in 2023

Recognized by Jordanian Ministry of Labor and the Social Security Corporation as Jordan’s Safest Industrial Company in 2010.

Reduced water usage by 25% in 2011.

Attained VECAP certification in 2011.

Acquired IMS certification (IS09001: 2003, ISO14001:2007, ISO45001: 2020, ISO27001: 2023)
