Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports the HSE team in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of HSE programs, ensuring compliance with JBC policies & Procedures.
- Operate, maintain, certify, inspect, calibrate and oversee installation of safety equipment.
- Participate in training activities.
- Able to respond to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
Required Competencies:
- Two years’ experience (as min) in industrial field (chemical plants is preferred).
- Must have a Diploma Degree in HSE/ Chemical Industries/ Paramedics or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates with excellent & very good GPA are welcomed to apply and will be considered in internship programs if they have diploma in safety and occupational health or Chemical Industries.
- “Ministry of labor accreditation” is Preferred.
- Good computer skills in MS office.
- Very good English language skills.
- Communication skills.
- Good business writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge about international safety practices.
- Advanced knowledge about SCBA and other emergency equipment.
- Strong follow-up skills.
