Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Supervise, coordinate workshop activities within schedule and budget.
- Maintain workshop stock levels for upcoming works.
- Supervise workshop team performance and provide direction and support.
- Coordinate training and upskilling of staff.
- Assure compliance with HSE requirements within workshop.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of chemical manufacturing plants, refineries, or similar fields.
- Good knowledge in rotary equipment maintenance, valve & mechanical equipment refurbishment, welding & fabrication,
- Good background of mechanical inspection works.
- Experience in maintenance management and reliability including technical knowledge and fault-finding skills.
- Good knowledge and experience to prepare spare part BOMs, tools and purchasing process for workshop supplies
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Good written and spoken English skill is an essential requirement.
- Very good reporting skills and experience in Maintenance CMMS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
