Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Supervise nested contractors technicians during performing construction works so that highest quality and efficiency is achieved.
• Providing effective follow-up, reporting and supervision so that business plan targets are met.
• Provide and assure proper materials handling to nested contractors
• Meeting with contractors and different departments prior to the start of the work to review job requirements
• Participate in making critical decisions regarding construction activities based on technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems correctly and safely.
• Monitor Nested and Non-Nested Contractors technician’s performance against approved qualifications
• Interview and Approve Nested & Non nested Contractor’s technicians hiring during projects construction to ensure qualified technician
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering.
• 4+ years’ experience in the field of, projects supervision.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering software is preferable.
Skills:
• Advanced English language skills.
• Communication skills.
• Root cause failure analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Advanced Projects planning skills
