Clinic Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Providing medical care to the staff in the clinic.
  • Follow up on infectious diseases and take the necessary preventive measures in the practical environment.
  • Health check-ups: Take vital readings for employees such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar level, weight and temperature.
  • First aid: Provision of primary health care in cases of emergency or minor injuries.
  • Management of medical tests: collecting samples and sending them to the laboratory for the necessary tests such as blood and urine tests, etc.
  • Follow-up of patients’ cases: Follow up on the progress of patients’ cases, document medical details, and ensure that staff adhere to treatments.
  • Standard precautionary measures: Take the necessary safety and hygiene measures to prevent infection.
  • Periodic reporting: Provide periodic reports on the health status of staff and the needs of the clinic.
  • Submit a medical report on the status of candidates for human resources and management to make recruitment decisions.
  • Follows up and records the health information of employees and saves it confidentially and securely.
  • Guidance on work safety: providing advice and guidance on work safety and prevention of occupational accidents.
  • Organization of public health activities: organizing and participating in health awareness events and awareness campaigns.
  • Follow up on patients’ cases, record treatment details and guidance on health and safety matters.
  • Medical inventory management: track clinic supplies, stock level, and order supplies when needed.
  • Receiving supplies of medicines, equipment and supplies, ensuring their quality and conformity, recording their custody in the records according to the approved procedure, and recording the disbursement of medicines and materials.
  • Carry out periodic inventory according to the procedure followed.
  • Communicate with the Civil Defense in emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with security, health and safety departments to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of medical information related to the results of examinations or any medical information related to employees, and inform the authorized authorities only.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Emergency, working in Emergency Department.
  • The age of the applicant should not exceed 35 years.
  • Advanced English language and Computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • To be fit healthily, so that he does not suffer from any chronic diseases or health conditions that may affect the workflow.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of how to deal with emergency cases and provide first aid.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
