Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management of Information System/ Business Administration.
• Very Good or Excellent GPA.
• Internationally HR Certifying Body Certificate / Diploma from one of the following organizations: HRCI, CIPD or SHRM is a must.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in industrial or consultancy company.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
• Excellent computer and Microsoft skills.
Main Duties and Accountabilities:
• Updating and maintenance of HR policies, procedures forms resulting in effective and efficient HR practices.
• Performing job analysis, job specifications & job description and correct job grading.
• Measure, and report organizational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
• Performing interventions and analysis necessary for updating JBC organization’s structure.
• Coordinate with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organizational development.
• Provide support and advice regarding setting and implementing career and succession plans for company employees and positions.
• Development of manpower studies resulting in optimized manpower utilization.
• Efficient Utilizing HRMS features related to organization development.
