Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management of Information System/ Business Administration.
•Very Good or Excellent GPA.
•Internationally HR Certifying Body Certificate / Diploma from one of the following organizations: HRCI, CIPD or SHRM is a must.
•3-5 years of experience in a similar position in industrial or consultancy company.
•Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
•Excellent computer and Microsoft skills.
Main Duties and Accountabilities:
• Coordination and supervision of talent management activities.
• Act as key member of developing training plans ensuring organized and effective training activities.
•Administrate, develop and implement employee’s performance management system.
•Implement Training needs assessment and set draft plans for addressing the needs.
•Issue purchasing request and study the associated technical and financial offers.
•Develop, implement, and update training forms and procedures to satisfy JBC training requirement.
•Supervise the implementation of strategies and goals for training functions providing effective planning and control.
•Supervise training agreements implementation with vendors, universities, vocational centers and associations according to company policies and follow-up on the implementation.
•Supervise all trainees and interns within JBC and make sure they comply with JBC policies and procedures
