We offer this exciting opportunity to work in a stimulating and professional environment, where you will be responsible for executing the packaging operations for the required products for shipping in a correct, secure, and proper manner according to the work instructions, before shipping them to protect the products from damage and deterioration during transportation.

Responsibilities

Implement the packaging work instructions and procedures in place at the company.
Prepare the necessary packaging materials, such as cardboard, bubble wrap, plastic wraps, and others. Cut and shape these materials according to the size and shape of the product and in accordance with the established work instructions.
The worker packages and secures the products correctly according to the work instructions, using the specified tools mentioned in the work instructions, such as adhesive tapes, straps, and designated containers to secure the products and prevent damage during storage and transportation.
Ensure the quality of the packaging and guarantee that there are no leaks or damage during the packaging process. Inspect the packaged products to ensure that the packaging is executed correctly according to the specified standards.
Place brand labels and other specific information on the packaged products according to the instructions and guidelines.
The worker provides information to supervisors about the packaging operations, such as the number of packages and their descriptions, and the date. This helps in tracking and documenting the packaging processes and facilitates inventory procedures.
Communicate with packaging supervisors to receive guidance and instructions regarding packaging operations and priorities.
Report any damage to products or failure to meet the specified packaging standards.
Participation in safety inspections
Participation in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) sessions
Performing all duties in accordance with approved health and safety regulations and compliance with public health and safety procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

A diploma degree in a related field.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in packaging operations and freight handling.

Required Knowledge:

Knowledge of packaging, arranging, and transporting goods.

Practical Skills:

Good level of English proficiency.
Organizational and prioritization skills.
Decision-making skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
