- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Degree.
- Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Have good knowledge in Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, its components, and spare parts preferably in Oil Industry like Oil Refineries and Chemical Manufacturing.
- Experience in Rotating Equipment like Pumps, Compressors and Static Equipment Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Piping, and its different Material of construction.
- Have experience in purchasing process and spare parts management.
- Experience in CMMS, ERP and the related inventory and purchasing modules.
- Experience in establishing the specifications cited from the international standards and best practices.
- Capability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and OEM Manuals.
- Have a strong fundamental understanding of mechanical equipment and the related components.
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in engineering design would be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good team building skills.
- Capability to work in an unsupervised position effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong work habits.
- Good written and spoken English skill is a must.
