Operation Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

Shift Supervise is required to lead shift crew and all operational activities to run the plant effectively and safely by effectively supervising the implementation of JBC policies and procedures by using their technical and reporting knowledge and capabilities

Main responsibilities

Supervise shift team and their activities safely in compliance with company policies and SOPs and to ensure team have the proper training to do their activities safely.
Control and run the plant processes technically and to use the expertise to optimize the process parameters and achieving Production Targets with efficient raw materials utilization.
On spot technical problem solving and Participate in technical analysis and troubleshooting (RCFA ) to overcome plant issues.
Train Operators and review operational and safety SOPs
Carry audits in his plant and other plants at site and follow-on corrective actions developed by team audits
Communication with different departments and through the same department (upward and downward) and issue reports when needed.
Lead the emergency response teams and ensure readiness and proper reporting
Work with maintenance on planning activities and prepare equipment to MTC according to Plan

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with at least good GPA result and minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role. Fresh Graduate with at least very good GPA result are welcome to apply

Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Good Problem solving & Root cause failure analysis.
Advanced knowledge in the plant’s operation
Setting an example with regard implementing JBC procedures and policies.
