Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Review, control Overtime hours, accurate wages, including Bonuses, Benefit, Allowance, Claims, and salary increases.
  • Implementation of JBC policies and regulations regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, and administrative issues.
  • Handling HR software’s to ensure the effective implementation of company policies.
  • Handle JBC employees Health insurance transactions and issues and handle the communications with the health insurance company.
  • Handle employees Social Security & Income Tax transactions according to official’s regulations and company policy.
  • Update HR documents and policies and software’s data according to management decisions.
  • Handle interns, nested contractors’ HR administration related to payroll, time attendance, vacations, leaves, and overtime system.
  • Implementing benefits programs such as education support for employees, employee’s children education, housing loans …etc and make sure the programs are in compliance with JBC policies and law regulations & taxations.
  • Record keeping and data arrangement regarding job functions to assure correct and authorized easy access.
  • Administrate Payroll and time attendance software to assure the accuracy of its performance.
  • Handle daily Petty Cash for HR Department to comply with JBC Financial policy.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other JBC departments to assure job title related plans, goals, policies, and procedures are met and correctly implemented.
  • Documentations and updating employee’s personal data and introducing the data to HR software’s.

Qualifications

  • BA degree of Accounting /Finance / Business Management / Industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
  • Excellent command of HRIMS payroll module, MenaITech experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skill.
  • Excellent command of using excel and other Microsoft office programs, word, and power point.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation, and coordination/leading meetings.
