- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Work Experience: 8-10 years through working in the field of civil projects, with at least 5 years in the field of execution and supervision of building projects, preferably projects such as banks, hotels, and hospitals.
- Professional Certifications: Recognized professional certifications in project management, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Six Sigma certification, and any other relevant professional certifications, are considered an additional advantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in using advanced engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation.
- Advanced knowledge in structural analysis using engineering software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.
- Ability to manage projects using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Skills in simulation and modeling to verify the structural and environmental performance of projects.
- Advanced skills in designing and analyzing sewage systems and water management.
- Ability to perform complex structural analyses to ensure the safety and durability of structures.
- Full understating of regulations and laws related to building permits, whether in municipalities, engineering associations, or civil defense requirements.
- Advanced understanding of geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and supports.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction methods and materials and certifications like LEED.
- Deep understanding of local and international engineering standards such as ACI, ASTM, and AASHTO.
