Board of Directors

H.E. Mr. Shehadah Abu Hdaib

Chairman
Representing the Ministry of Finance Mr. Shehadah is Chairman of the Arab Potash Company (APC) Board of Directors and Chairman of Jordan Bromine Company (JBC) Board of Directors.With a very rich experience in the Jordanian government and public sector, Mr. Shehadah has previously served as a member of the twenty-sixth Senate, a Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Council of the Ministry of Municipalities, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hashemite Fund for the Development of Jordan Badia, among many other notable positions.

Mr. Kent Masters

J. Kent Masters is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Albemarle Corporation, a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of highly engineered specialty chemicals for a wide range of industries. Mr. Masters was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Albemarle in 2020. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jordan Bromine Company.
